We are happy to accept returns on any item that is returned in saleable, unused condition with the original packaging. We regret we are unable to accept returns on certain apparel items for hygienic reasons. Belly dancing bra tops, metal and coin belly dancing bikini tops, as well as metal and coin bikini bottoms are not returnable due to California Health Code regulations. Return Process Before returning an item, please notify us within 10 days of receipt to request a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without a valid RMA number marked on the outside of the package will be refused. When requesting an RMA number please be sure to include your order number, name, email address, item name or number that you would like to return, and the reason for the return. Our Customer Service Department will contact you within 48 hours with your RMA number and any special return instructions. Please allow 10 days for the shipping and processing of your return. Once your refund has been processed we will contact you by email. Be sure to include the following information along with the returned merchandise: - RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package

- Shipping charges are not refundable unless you were shipped an incorrect item.
- Send package prepaid, COD's will be refused.
- The refund may not show up on your statement immediately. Your credit may not be visible until one monthly billing cycle has passed.
- We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on returned orders.
Exchanges Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to receive another item in place of the returned product, you will need to submit a new order online. Order Cancellations Orders can usually be canceled by calling 1-805-696-6901 by midnight on the day the order was placed. When calling please be prepared to give us your order number, name and email address. If calling after hours be sure to leave all information with our answering service or your order will still be shipped out the following morning. Orders cannot be canceled after they are processed and shipped but returns will be accepted. |
